No Smoking. Z Spa continues to ensure a healthful environment for our guests by upholding a no-smoking policy.

Fresh Air. To ensure the health of our staff and guests, Z Spa is equipped with Clean Air System.

No Noise. Z Spa is a place for peace and relaxation. Please turn off your cell phones and keep noise and voice level low in consideration for fellow guests receiving services.

Appointments. We recommend you make an appointment ahead of time, especially for weekends. Your gift certificate number or a credit card number is required at the time you make an appointment.

Cancellations. We require a 24-hour notice of cancellation. A 48-hour cancellation notice is required for package services. If notification is not received within these time requirements, a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged.

Punctuality. We have our scheduling procedures down to a science to permit the proper amount of time to complete each service. Being late to your appointment will result in a reduction of time for your service in order to maintain punctuality for our other guests.

Credit Cards. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover.

For your protection. We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles including clothing and accessories. Please keep all valuables with you during your appointment. On spa days, please leave your jewelry at home.

Gift Certificates. We offer gift certificates for services, packages, or dollar amounts. Keep gift certificates in a safe place, for we cannot be responsible for lost certificates. Please note that all gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be reissued.

Refunds. There are no refunds for services or sales items.
